作者简介

李林，法学博士，中国社会科学院学部委员、法学研究所所长、研究员，兼任中国法学会副会长，中国法学会学术委员会副主任，中国法理学研究会常务副会长等。主要研究领域：法理学、宪法学、法治与人权理论。出版论著《法制的理念与行为》《法制建设与政治体制改革》《立法理论与制度》《走向人权的探索》《依法治国与法律体系构建》《依法治国与深化司法体制改革》等40余部，发表论文190余篇，提交法治咨询报告100余篇。

Li Lin, Doctor of Laws, academician of CASS, director and researcher of the Institute of Law of CASS, vice president of China Law Society, vice director of the academic board of China Law Society, executive vice president of the China Jurisprudence Research Association, etc. Li's main research fields are jurisprudence, constitution, rule of law and the theory of human rights. His main works include Ideas and Act of Legal System, Legal System Construction and Political System Reform, Theory and Institutions of Legislation, Exploration of Human Rights, Lawbased Governance of China and Construction of Legal System, Lawbased Governance of China and Deepening Judicial System Reform and so on.
